Despite the incredible resources that a staffing agency can provide job-seekers, many people are wary of using their services. Why? Pay to Play
Myth: Staffing agencies charge the job-seeker for their services
Truth: At Signature Staffing, we are hired by our clients to find the best employees for their unique positions. Therefore, our job-seekers don’t pay a dime! We are here to help you find your next job, free of charge!
Short-term Work
Myth: Staffing agencies only offer temporary positions
Truth: While it is true that some staffing agencies only offer with temporary positions, most agencies like ourselves also offer full-time, permanent positions.
Minimum Wage
Myth: Only minimum wage jobs are offered
Truth: Most of the positions we fill pay over $10/hr. Also, we offer a variety of jobs that pay over $20!
Hard Labor
Myth: Staffing agencies only offer hard labor or factory worker positions
Truth: While we do cater to those who prefer factory work or hard labor, many of our positions are in an office setting. To get a better idea of the jobs we offer, here is a short list of positions we fill on a regular basis:

Myth: Staffing agencies don’t offer benefits
Truth: Many of the positions we offer turn into long-term full-time positions. After our client hires our employee full-time (normally after a 90-day period) the employee is eligible to receives benefits. These benefits can include health, eye and dental insurance.
